Whether you work in human resources, lead a team or consult with an organization, you are likely looking for best practices to help your group succeed. Showing them how to tap into their character strengths—the positive personality traits that impact how they think, feel and behave—can help. Research studies show when individuals apply their character strengths they are happier, less stressed, more engaged and find more meaning in their work.

Through live facilitation and group discussion, VIA webinars teach groups how to leverage their unique strengths to improve well-being as individuals and as a team. Contact us for details on one of the topics below or ask about a customized session tailored to your needs and interests.
