Mavalynne Orozco-Urdaneta

Mavalynne Orozco-Urdaneta is a native of Colombia, South America, and the CEO of Stamina in Action, Inc. Coaching & Consulting. With a background in behavioral sciences, business, and marketing, she has dedicated her life and career to empowering individuals and communities—particularly through her support of nonprofit organizations and initiatives that promote social equity and well-being.

As a social entrepreneur, Mavalynne brings over three decades of experience in leveraging her expertise in business and health system dynamics to lead complex projects that benefit globally marginalized populations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Leadership Development, a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She also holds professional certifications in Strengths-Based Coaching and Positive Psychology-Based Well-Being Coaching.

Mavalynne was part of the inaugural cohort of Workplaces at Their Best™ Organizational Consultants with the VIA Institute on Character, a distinction that underscores her commitment to cultivating strengths-based, values-driven workplaces. She deeply believes that each of us is already whole—and that we carry within us 24 magnificent character strengths that can empower us to be and achieve anything we set our minds to.

She greatly enjoys working with organizations and teams to foster cultures of purpose, performance, and well-being. Yet, she derives particular joy from working one-on-one with clients—serving as their thinking partner and co-conspirator in achieving meaningful goals. For Mavalynne, there is nothing more beautiful and satisfying than witnessing others thrive.

Rooted in a belief that collective well-being begins with individual empowerment, Mavalynne champions the co-creation of thriving, inclusive communities through education, research, and compassion. She continues to inspire others to become active facilitators of positive change.

Mavalynne currently resides in Baltimore. She is the proud mother of three adult daughters, has wonderful sons-in-law, and delights in the joy brought by her grandchildren.
